Borrowing from the animated movie Princess Mononoke, this depicts a scene in which a mother wolf is beheaded in order to save her human daughter’s life. Even after making the ultimate sacrifice, her still barely alive head brutally bites off the arm of our evil protagonist out of vengeance for her crimes against Mother Nature. A sickeningly beautiful moment of femininity, maternity and piety, this piece slithers its way onto a feminine canvas, where the moment is held for eternity.
